Goal of the Month Oct 2015
Here is Dyvie, Hip Thrusting 225lbs for 6 reps (on a slippery floor)! Her goal was to improve her running performance AND increase her glute size and shape. We were able to increase the size of her glutes AND improve her running and hill climbing time in under 8 weeks. She remained the same weight, but grew over an inch of glutes in hip circumference, and lost fat in her Triceps, Subscap (just below the shoulder blades) and Suprailiac (just above the top of your hip bone on the lateral side). I'm extremely proud of her hard work and growth (both physically and mentally).
